Ulrike Hodges is responsible for strategic initiatives across the Exigen portfolio, including business planning, transformation methodology, and organizational design. Previously, she managed global strategic alliances and business development at Exigen Group. With more than 20 years of experience in high technology, Ulrike has developed a strong background in corporate governance, technology investment, and industrial policy. She previously held consulting and senior management positions in the private and public sector.

Ulrike holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an M. A. in International Studies from the University of Washington. She has co-authored several articles on industrial policy and investments in high technology in the US, Japan, and Europe.
