Stuart Schneck is responsible for intellectual property protection, litigation, and transactional matters between Exigen and third parties. He has over 25 years of experience in the high technology industry, having held senior legal positions at several high tech companies. Stuart has extensive experience with both private and public firms. In his prior role as General Counsel at Sipex Corporation, Stuart managed all legal functions for the company. He joined Sipex from Design Within Reach (NASDAQ). Prior to Design Within Reach; he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Food.com. Stuart was also Corporate General Counsel at Microsoft’s WebTV.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a JD from Ohio State University. He is admitted to practice in California, New York, Ohio, and federal courts in California and Montana.
