Sergey Shneyerson has over 20 years of entrepreneurial, investment and management experience. Prior to joining Exigen Capital, Sergey founded and ran a consulting company that partnered with Private Equity investors to pursue proprietary deals in Business Services, Technology and Retail markets.

Sergey has held a number of senior management positions with leading global technology and Business Process Outsourcing companies. At Microsoft, he led the development of cloud strategy and offerings for the Services and Support organization. Previously, Sergey ran strategic corporate and business development for a leading provider of Managed R&D services to some of the world’s largest OEM and semiconductor companies.

Earlier in his career, Sergey co-founded a pioneering consumer Internet business and led its acquisition by Amazon.com. Prior to that, Sergey worked for the Boston Consulting Group advising senior management at companies in the software, financial services and private equity industries.

Sergey has an MBA degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
