Investment Team
The Exigen Capital investment team brings the unique combination of entrepreneurial, operational, restructuring and investing experience required to drive successful operational transformation. They have a long history of successfully working together (for between two and fifteen years) – leveraging their respective expertise to generate significant returns for shareholders across multiple transformational deals. Their demonstrated track record includes:

- Structuring complex transactions
- Executing joint venture and syndication partnerships
- Managing companies to significant value creation and generating shareholder returns
The Partners are extensively involved in all aspects of company building: working with management teams to create operational and transformational plans; defining strategies to expand customer, product and market roadmaps; building management teams and leading board recruiting efforts; and securing opportunities and relationships with other industry participants. In addition, the Partners’ experience and credibility as operational executives allows them to take interim CEO roles during the crucial early stages of our investments.
