Alex Novak has over 15 years of senior executive experience in private equity, corporate turnaround, and restructuring initiatives for companies across Europe. He joined Exigen Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Exigen Capital, Alex personally led private equity investments for EastOne totaling more than $500 million. During the prior three years, Alex led the restructuring of $5 billion worth of industrial corporations on behalf of European family offices.

Previously, Alex was Executive Chairman of the Board of Allied Steel SA, a Swiss steel product and commodities trading company with operating revenues of $1.6 billion. Prior to Allied Steel, Alex was Founder and CEO of Boston Trade Connection, an OEM computer integrator with revenues of $50 million. Alex is a board member of Exigen Services, Allied Steel, and Steelex.

Alex began his career as a research scientist, after graduating with a Bachelors degree in engineering. He also earned a Global MBA from the joint program of Stern Business School at New York University and the London School of Economics.
